Digifab

MGMT. design, Brooklyn, New York, 2007

Description

Digifab is a guide to digital-fabrication technology in the Twin Cities. The small piece holds a vast amount of information as a readable booklet and a map. Aimed primarily at students, faculty and staff of the University of Minnesota, the loose cover folds out to a map that serves as a consolidated resource for digital-fabrication equipment and services in the region. The brochure contains essays and case studies that illustrate the categories of digital fabrication, and gatefolds open to reveal diagrams of the specific machines used. Printed offset in CMYK, the magenta plate was switched.
