As creative director and vice president of Little & Company, Joe Cecereʼs pivotal role on the leadership team guides the firm’s creative vision—championing a culture of inventiveness. His strategic expertise fuels design excellence for a growing list of clients, including Target, Microsoft, Landscape Structures and Wells Fargo. Before joining L&Co, Joe worked for the Edison Group, the design group of Minneapolis-based agency Martin/Williams, where he created the visual identity for U.S. Bank, among other brands. As an active member of AIGA Minnesota, he frequently works with students and young designers. Joeʼs award-winning designs have been featured in the HOW Design Annual, Communication Arts and the Art Directors Club, among others. His speaking engagements have included presentations at the HOW Design Conference, the Society of Visual Communications Students Conference and the AIGA Minnesota Luncheon Lecture Series. He is also called upon to be a judge for various design competitions.
