Speaking Volumes is the third issue of Mohawk Paper’s “Rethinking Design” series. This issue features winning entries from the AIGA’s 1996 design competition The Fifty Books and Fifty Covers of 1995, as well as a series of essays on book design. The purpose of the piece was to encourage discussion about the role of design in the publishing community.
