Mexican Bouquet
Suzette Hamill, Chicago, Illinois, 1946
Description
Juror Notes
This little volume with hand-colored outline engravings of flowers is one of the most carefully made books of the year. The presswork and binding are excellent. Although in small format, it is equal to, as well as reminiscent of\, Rudolph Koch’s and Fritz Kredel’s Blumenbuch, of the late 1920’s.
