Look at America: The Country You Know—and Don’t Know
Howard Jensen, New York, New York, 1946
Description
Juror Notes
Here is a book that many Americans will want to own because it contains hundreds of excellent photographs. It is an exceedingly ambitious undertaking involving difficult problems of layout, since the photographs are of various sizes and a running text is woven in among them. The designer has done well, but the full text pages have to long a line for easy reading. The binding might have been more in keeping with the color of the endpapers.
