Aimed at sports enthusiasts and the public at large, NBA at 50 celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of the world’s most popular organized sport. The creative strategy was not to produce a chronological document. Instead, this anniversary volume shares stories about the players—past and present—as told by the league’s all-time top players and coaches.

A total of sixteen colors were used throughout the book. The body was designed to combine the players’ revealing stories and conversations with some of the NBA’s rarest photos, creating a unique and memorable page-by-page experience.
