Hattler: No Eats Yes
Karlssonwilker Inc., New York, New York, 2000
Description
The biggest challenge was starting something without having a clue how the whole thing might turn out. For two weeks, I did one little black-and-white illustration a day, then I just put them together in the CD package. Mood changes from hour to hour and day to day—and so did my daily illustration. All the guys at Polydor did everything to make it work, but they told me afterwards that the placement of the sticker on the cover was a nerve-wracking production nightmare. I’m happiest with the way that the production guys put a second barcode on the back, because somehow they weren’t able to replace the FPO barcode with the real one.
