The Mad Ones is the true story of Crazy Joe Gallo and his two brothers from Red Hook, Brooklyn, who started a mob war against New York City’s Mafia establishment in the 1960s. Crazy Joe fancied himself a beatnik and was very chic, so the cover really had to capture the style and spirit from that time in history.

Just loved this one period. Creative use of really great images.
