IBM 2001 annual report
VSA Partners, Chicago, Illinois, 2001
Description
The year 2001 turned to be a challenging year for the information technology industry. With the IBM report we were charged with giving shareholders and employees the confidence that the organization is capable of making the tough decisions. The solution was to capture a small selection of key decisions that IBM has made over the last nine years that has transformed its performance, market position and operating culture, while also delivering the direction of IBM and technology in the coming years. The book is deliberately a simple formula for storytelling—nostalgic but future-focused, honest, strategic.
Juror Notes
“A really good idea about how to communicate a complicated story. Responsibly and masterfully done.”
