Of Making Many Books, A Hundred Years of Reading, Writing and Publishing
T.M. Cleland, New York, New York, 1946
Description
Juror Notes
On first sight one might not recognize the usually more exuberant hand of T.M. Cleland in this grave and solid book. But his fine taste is there, from cover to colophon. The title page has been particularly well handled. The presswork is adequate, but a firmer ink would probably have given a cleaner, more even result.
