This is an extremely sensual novel that explores sexual taboos and fantasies in a compelling literary fashion. I tried to create a jacket that spoke to the secrecy, intimacy, subtlety and tactile aspects of our—if not my own—sexuality. I really get off on the melding of the textured stock and diffuse imagery.
