Wright Brothers Official Map and Guide
National Park Service, Interpretive Design Center, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, 1995
Description
History was made in December 1914 amid the dunes of North Carolina’s Outer Banks. The brochure communicates the essence of this legendary story and the significance of the site, which today is part of the National Parks system. Based on a Unigrid format developed in 1977 by Massimo Vignelli, the design enhances the delivery of visitor information and speeds the brochure’s concurrent development as well as updates undertaken by writers, photo researchers, designers, art directors, illustrators, and other specialized collaborators.
