Les Allusifs Identity Program
Paprika, 2007
Description
Les Allusifs is a small publishing house that likes to distinguish itself from the more commercial, less art-oriented publishing firms. Their identity program had to allow them to distinguish themselves while keeping an intellectual, artistic focus. Since the book covers are very colorful, we wanted the other pieces to be more sober as per our choice of colors, using only black and red on off-white paper. But we kept an original, graphic approach, having fun with Alain Pilon’s illustrations and repeating the logo and the circle as the main graphic elements. We freely created very different pieces that have a strong unity, a “family tie,” that holds them together.
