Glaser moved through stylistic and technical experiments with hurricane speed. Below he drew in ink on thin newsprint and then used the mirror image on the opposite side of the paper for reproduction, while Chwast’s bird (right) was rendered in highly diluted oil paint, which gave it a blotchy texture.
