Roca Barcelona gallery

Boolab, Barcelona, Spain, 2009

Description

Inaugurated in September 2009, the Roca Barcelona Gallery is a corporate showroom for Roca (the world’s leading bathroom brand) to present its products, history and brand values. The gallery occupies 2,400 square meters in a three-story building designed and built by Carlos Ferrater’s Office of Architecture in Barcelona. Roca’s advertising agency, Tiempo BBDO, was responsible for defining the contents of the space and bringing them to life. Tiempo BBDO called in Boolab and proposed working on the challenge collaboratively. We spent four months developing the audiovisual content for the gallery’s interior, including interactive tables, projections, video walls and installations. The director for the project was Paul Freeth, a multidisciplinary visual artist.

Juror Notes

Hard to see the entire context from the videos but the displays and animations were great.
