The Prints of Rockwell Kent: A Catalogue Raisonné

Cameron Poulter, Joseph Alderfer, 1975

Description

This is the first definitive catalogue raisonné of Kent’s prints, including a collection of ancillary sketches and lesser known woodcuts. There are appendices covering Kent’s cloth design, a chronological listing of all prints, and a complete bibliography. Of prime concern was quality of reproduction of the prints. Trial runs using various papers and inks were made before we made a final selection.
