The project started with choosing this picture of a boy with a Band-Aid on the back of his head. We all liked the humor and the mystery of this photo and the artist didn’t want us to use anything else in the package. So I tried to build the package around this single photo by using an opaque jewel case and applying a puffy sticker on the cover that looks just like the Band-Aid on the boy’s head. With so many CDs out there that are bombarded with images, I think this package stands out with its simplicity and clarity.
