The Savannah College of Art and Design’s anthology of Sequential Art was based on the theme “discovery” this year—each comic was somehow based on a found object or story. To accompany this unconventional concept, we created an unconventional cover: a beautiful wraparound illustration printed on a French fold, containing multiple layers of wonder to be “discovered” by the viewer.
