James Cross A graduate of UCLA School of Fine Art, James Cross also studied at the Chouinard Art Institute, Otis Parsons, and USC. He has taught at UCLA, Arizona State University, Maine's Portland School of Art, and the Art Center College. He has been a member of the board of directors of the AIGA and the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery, a trustee of the Millicent Rogers Museum in Taos, and a member of Art Center College's Design Advisory Council. Cross has also served as president of the Alliance Graphique Internationale and has lectured at numerous universities in the United States, Europe, and Japan. He was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Los Angeles Art Directors Club and is currently represented by Bobbie Greenfield Gallery.
