Here is a small book prepared with all the loving care that might have gone into an expensive limited edition, by a designer to whom Czechoslovakia is more than a far-away land. His touch is in everything, giving the book an intense personal unity. Note such detail as the marginal notes, set in a somewhat heavier face than the text to compensate for being printed in brown.
