Nike Golf Point of Purchase
Nike, Inc., Beaverton, Oregon, 1995
Description
This point-of-purchase display was designed for use in golf pro shops and country clubs across the nation. The structure needed to display several pairs of shoes, communicate an "air technology" consumer message, and position Nike as a leader on the green. The palette for the design and materials takes its visual cues from the game – the curve of the swing, the shape of the golf pin and cups, the texture of wood, sisal, and air from the shoes – and gives them form in the display.
