Project brief: GQ is a men’s fashion and general-interest magazine with a circulation of approximately one million. As the art department, our clients are the editors. We design this magazine every month.
Approach: Every feature article is unique. We react to the material: the text, the photograph, the headline. We work alongside the client, our editors, to make visual the voice of the piece.
Effectiveness: We are pop culture. We’re part of a magazine that champions the fashion designers, actors, athletes and chefs that we like. We have an engaged audience of readers that react and respond to our publication.
